Right and Wrong ....

.....who decides ?

What is morality and where does it come from ?

How should Christians make decisions and how do we know if we've made the right choice?

On Friday we'll be looking at this topic as well as sharing communion.

Please come.

Am I the only person who has noticed the brilliant choice of pictures for this blog since Julie took over?

At the outset there was only one moral choice... to eat the fruit or do as God said...

That's it though isn't it. We do all have a choice in making the right decision and we can so easily make the wrong one. But in our inner most being there is this feeling that makes you know what the right decision should be. We as mere humans just decide to ignore that feeling at times. Is that from God or is it our upbringing from our parents and the way we have been taught that makes us feel it?

I think that we can stumble through life making the wrong choices without necessarily having any good or negative feelings only to then look back (long afterwards) and realise what a wrong choice it was.

We aren't born with all the knowledge we need to make the right moral choices are we? Or are we?......

Roman 2:
14(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, 15 since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.)
